California Coastal Home Expansion

The private back yard of the Coastside Home features the recently added circular Studio addition, which was inspired by Lighthouses and traditional park Band Stands. The addition houses the Art Studio, Home Office, a second Kitchen and full Bath. It was designed to be a fully separate 2nd Unit if needed.
