Caladiums

Caladiums produce heart-shaped leaves and are great for adding color to your shade garden. Caladiums grow best when they are planted in warm, and well drained soil. Start caladium tubers inside in late winter, and then transplant outside once the soil temperatures have warmed up in late Spring. Plant the tubers on their sides if you are not sure which side is the top.
