Brair Hill

This project was a complete gut of the existing home with a rear 2 storey addition. We breathed new life into this tiny house by updating the main floor to provide an open concept first floor. The basement is fully finished with a gorgeous laundry room, along with 3 bathrooms, and 3 beautiful bedrooms. Cosmetic work was done to provide a blend of traditional and modern exterior appearances.
