Bathroom and dining room renovation

The original shower had leaked and caused the dining room ceiling to come down and causing some damage to the joists. The original lath and plaster ceiling has been replaced with new plasterboard and the room was redecorated. The bathroom needed to be completely refurbished to remove damaged partitions and replace floor surfaces. A traditional style was the Clients preferred choice, with this washstand providing a very spacious and functional basin. The w/c has a mid level chrome aluminium cistern and oak seat/cover. In addition the opportunity was taken to replace the two existing gravity hot water cylinder with a single indirect, high pressure cylinder.
