This was a small architectural lighting project that sits on the corner of a street intersection. The main focus of this project was to create some pop for the architectural details of the brick and window details. Secondarily, the homeowner wanted to provide a more secure environment for his family by using passive lighting. By using can lights we have eliminated dark hiding spots under windows where a potential intruder could access the home through a broken window. The overall effect is lovely and the pathways around the house are well lit so guests will have no trouble navigating around the home and making their way to the front door.
