Coswick™ Ash Mocca hardwood floors come with factory-applied UV Silk Oil finish that protects the wood by penetrating into the wood pores without forming a surface film. Silk Oil preserves the natural look and feel of real wood. Soft matte sheen creates a very forgiving flooring surface that disguises dust and small damages that might appear over time. Engineered Ash Mocca flooring can be installed on, below or above grade using glue-down method. All Coswick floors are covered by Lifetime Structural Warranty.
