Artistic Santa Monica Cottage

The one-story structure occupies a decently-sized property in Santa Monica. The elegant backyard which was designed by Nancy Lyons had no direct connection with the dwelling itself. Our first objective was to create a floor plan which would allow for the home and the outdoor spaces to flow nicely with one another. A rear deck was also added during the remodel.
