This beautiful home in Watermark was built in 2018. We loved working with Thad Architecture Designs to make this home complete by adding a feature rock and garden in the front, and trees that once mature will add privacy to the home. In the backyard, we created a fire pit patio area, perfect for relaxing, nature watching by the water, and taking in the amazing Alberta sunsets. A natural stone walkway connects the front driveway to the backyard and allows for easy access to the gathering area below.
