We are finding smaller, more efficient homes are on trend here on the Sunshine Coast. With families happy to sacrifice space, to live closer to work and our beautiful coastline. This tiny house movement drew our focus on designing a new range of PJ Burns Builder homes to be smarter and lighter with a smaller footprint. A range of small homes where every corner of the home is thoughtfully considered. Our Earth 90 is a 90m2 home plus garage and 68m2 of covered ourdoor areas. A beautiful home that maxamises the potential of the secondary dwelling.
