Reply to: Correct. Mosaic pencil tile is very trendy and is out. Porous tile is a lot of work, which is what marble is. And that tile from that picture would look awesome!! I like that the grout blends with the tile but not totally. Try something like that and see what you think. I would stop it at the end of the upper cabinets. See what they have for edges. You may have to do a Schluter edge and that has to go on first.

Reply to: are we looking at the others elements too? will that be your backsplash? the marble water jet swirl? What about your flooring? what will it be? that other grayish-white piece ? if doing a marble splash, then you want a quartz that looks very similar. this one is Cambria Torquey w/carrara backsplash below, caesarstone Nougat and Cambria Roxwell
