Living And Family Room
This space may have a big problem for me. There are way too many textures, on walls, credenza, sofa, chair, rug, window treatment. It makes me dizzy. Maybe to reduce, the brown textured wall can be smoothed out to a flat color. Just use stucco. The credenza texture converted to a flat dark brown color.
Ok wall and cabinetry but not eye catching. Maybe the floating shelves should be on both sides. Also floating shelves could be a little thicker. At least they have LEDs. The dark back panel should perhaps not go all the way to the ground. At least it’s big enough to fit a larger tv in the future. Maybe it should go the entire width of the wall. Maybe it’s too many color changes between light brown to black cabinets to yellow wall.
That sectional looks like the right type of softness
Way too fluffy seating i think.
A lot of seating here and it maybe too fluffy.
Another nice cozy looking sectional. Not sure if I like white better or this light grey
Nice sectional with a side ottoman
Nice sofa. It’s got a space to stick a little table thru.
Maybe too much texture on the wall between the cabinetry and backsplash. One of them should be plain or less textured
Nice looking sectional. The ottoman has a big tray that serves as a replacement fir a side table but remove the tray for extra seating.
That’s a nice accent light. If it’s a multicolor smart led bulb, then it’s even better to accent your accent wall treatment. It’s good if you don’t have embedded led in the cabinets. But this maybe a better idea because you can control the orientation of the light. If this was a smaller light as a chain of lights, then you could have more flexibility.
Nice minimal twin tables with large inside space. Makes it easy to move them around the space and probably fun for dogs and cats and kids. I prefer a different texture though.
Not cohesive to my view. To much movement in too many directions makes it busy and not relaxing
That cabinet lighting is really nice plus this doesn’t look a classic layout where seating goes around a central coffee table. Refreshing.
Warm modern clean is what that wall treatment is. No tv though.
Table is nice but too low especially if you have pets, kids or back problems.
Interesting tv wall. Nice look.
With the great view outdoors, there’s less desire to make the tv wall less attractive. That’s why it looks bare but clean.
Like the two tone shelves and floating credenza. The lights attached to the top is an interesting idea but not sure if it’s practical. Not good look for tv stuck in a hole in the wall.
Different color island and edge counters. Not crazy about island counter texture. The island counter is also thicker than the edge counter. Also edge and island cabinets are different color.
Not crazy about this accent wall
Not crazy about this wall unit
This rustic modern living space defines modern with straight lines, lots of glass in the windows and sliding doors, and modern grays as well as an open space. The rustic is defined by the mid to dark tone browns, the multi tone brick wall and fireplace, some wicker furniture and timber style side table and fur throw rug. I think this rustic modern works well especially because of the large space and lots light from windows because otherwise the darker browns would make the space feel smaller and darker. The rustic also works well to transition to the wooded outdoors.
Nice bench style sectional
Nice bright white color on walls making it look spacious and clean but feels a bit cold or sterile. Perhaps some darker accents would make a little warmer
Nice floating credenza with the grass cloth wallpaper.
Decent layout of shelving and the shelves are all it the same size but more of interesting arrangement and enough room to put in a bigger tv.
Good clean design for the wall. Floating credenza with clean lines, top beam to frame it, a few simple shelves and wall hanging tv with plenty of space to put a bigger one, wallpaper backing for interest. I prefer a different wallpaper and some few more longer shelves and embedded LEDs in the top wood beam and shelves.
Those horizontal wood beams subtly add a natural beauty to not only the living room space but also the to where ever they extend to thus tying multiple spaces together and creating a smooth flow. They also seem to be functional because they’re hollow and have open bottoms where spot lights can be seen protruding out. Maybe a track system being concealed by the wood.
Wow. Beautiful. The static structures ( walls, credenza, shelves have clean, simple, long, straight lines that accentuate the length of the space. The colors of the static structures are differing tones of lighter colors and differing textures such as drywall, stone textured wall and base shelf, light wood shelf tones to add a bit of natural. The decorative elements such as the sofa is long and straight but with a nice light gray accent chair. The ceiling light is functional extending itself to three different areas of the space, yet it’s minimal and sleek modern black.
I don’t get this coffee table thing.
Not sure how that looks when the coffee table is so low compared to the sofas. Also it’s glass. How do you place a glass or plate on these tables. Is it easy. What’s the advantage functionally. Is it just a minimal look.
Tv seems to be out of the way or not at a good viewing angle. If the fireplace height was shortened and the fireplace was moved down , the tv could sit above the fireplace on that shelf that is above the fireplace if it was moved lower.
No little cutouts in fireplace walls. The fireplace cutout should be from extreme left to extreme right. What's the point of the shelve running across. Interesting placement of tv but why no just let it stand on the shelf.
Please don't put cutouts for the tv. Doesn't look good and not practical.
Something doesn't look right here
Nice accent chair. Deep, inclined, not bulky..
