Seeking in put a ~23' x 9' rectangular pool plus 7' x 7' integrated spa. Pool to have rear wall columns (4) and copper water/fire bowls, possible planters. Crate Myrtle is very pretty but not very practical for a pool when in bloom.
Existing deck will be completely removed to accommodate kitchen extension into backyard by 4ft (separate project to be done concurrently. New decking to smoothly and functional transition house to yard (42 in drop. Dining/entertainment area under rightmost windows.
Considering modifying gable end of garage and replacing end driveway section with natural hardscaping (possibly fake grass?) under a gazebo structure with plastic roof, lighting as a natural extension to a small back-yard.
Existing front yard could do with a refresh...not a major redesign.
Home frontage. 2nd story was added in 2005, that included gable end to match original bungalow front. Further replicated (partially) by entry arbor. Seek to defefine garage structure to have front and west side gable ends to give "cottage" look.
