That wood cladding on the soffit overhead is a nice touch. I can't remember if your bathrooms have a soffit, but if so, that could be a good treatment.

This wood has too much character for the size of your bathrooms, and wouldn't really match the feel of the wood floors / walls in your house, but I do like this color counter top...anything that looks like concrete is good in a modern home, especially one made out of concrete!

Again, simple, elegant, modern cabinetry and countertop / sink. Those light fixtures wouldn't work as well in your house, but a simple fixture with a metal or smoked glass shade with uplight / downlight like these would be good. A full-wall mirror or round mirror might be a better touch in your bathrooms.

An enclosure like this one, that's mostly glass, might look good in the main level full bath (especially because I believe it's already that shape, correct?)

Small mosaic tile is nice, however, a pattern like this can come across as being too busy, so a more subtle pattern might be nice
