Off you did want a couple of small butler's pantries and a couple of flour to ceiling pantry units.

I'm not sure there's enough space there to have an actual butler's pantry, but having those regular pantries there on the left would surely accommodate everything you'd usually have in upper cupboards.

You could have one cupboard with everyday cooking things and food, like I have in my two overhead cupboards that have anything in them that aren't dishes. Things that are of more everyday use than the things in the mudroom pantry. Then you could have the other one or two cupboards be everything you'd ordinarily put in upper cupboards. They'd be the white, classic style you'd choose.
