Sounds like, regardless of whether it is original, you don’t like the door. Why don’t you change it? Does your municipality have rules around changing original elements and that is why you are trying to figure out whether the door is original?

@Jon Alan good to know. I was told that it could be moved a little but not rerouted, I will contact someone to look at in person. Thank you.

Not a bad start. My personal bug-a-boo is the toilet in a narrow, claustrophobic room. And large bathrooms (especially on a north wall) are often cold, will you have heated floors? But 16 acres in upstate New York? Wow, you need much more outdoor sitting space than that current porch! It must be beautiful with all sorts of songbirds and wildlife. My previous house had an 8-foot deep wraparound porch on three sides. There was always a pleasant space to sit, in shade in summer or in the spring & fall sun. If wrap-around won't work for you, at least provide for a nice deep deck.

So you already moved the plumbing to under the stairs? That's too bad. I would have suggested the sink go on the party wall with a corner cabinet next to it. That would give you good prep space between it and the cooktop. Then you could do floor to "ceiling" cabinets under the stairs for lots of storage. I don't know how anyone will be able to work at the sink if it's under the stairs.

My husband loves his chopper, uses it mainly for onions and peppers. We go through some onions. I don’t know the brand, but it’s gray with green inserts.

Just curious if this was resolved as I am going through similar situation. Only I have a lot of holes and they are getting worse it seems

Of the two, I love that soft Moonlight against the bright white cabs. Then saw the pale celery in Herbs second photo. It has so much warmth, gorgeous. You don't need any more cool tones. You don't have to tie it in since it is an accent color itself, but I don't like the bright apple green idea that would wash it out...and color overload as mentioned. That photo shows a niche with the same celery but slightly more intense. That's enough. There aren't any other pops of green in any of those photos.
