1. Add porch to master bedroom with stairs down to main porch (i.e. Nala morning bathroom run on her own). Note: This can put the deck above the current sunroom... and the porch can go off the back of the sunroom, so our decks would not be stacked. Having a deck off the master bedroom gives extra outdoor space that Nala would use to sunbathe & watch the neighborhood. 2. Look how they have the basement entry dug out with entry from the side of the house. Note: Remove the cement stairs & put the basement walkout entrance there. Also, Remove that random door to give the house more balance. Adding a deck will require us to remove that door as it goes above the floor height the sun room (how is that even possible -- pic below) 3. The mulch looks so nice!! Note: The deck goes above & the mulch goes next to the air conditioner machinery. 4. Still have the option to leave the current sunroom & make it apart of the kitchen. Have the walk out next to the dining room table (i.e. where the cement stairs are now).
