This is a nice layout for a small bathroom - especially if the floor was heated - and it kept the bathroom nice and warm. So the floor was always warm to your feet. Could be very clean. Would need to have a larger vanity - that didn't look so cramped... and perhaps a build in storage behind the mirror (or in the vanity).
