It would take a total refund and then some additional funds to hire someone competent. Cabinet installs are the most expensive carpenters that exist. The right way to do this is to uninstall it all and start over. I’d want a level and a square on the bases too. Or call it a total loss and get him out of your house and eat the loss. You may have to replace cabinets to correct them being racked and installed. That is a structural issue, not just a cosmetic issue. Where did you find this guy? Where did you source your cabinets?
