like this for entry or dressing room

favorite rail

favorite banister at end of stair, white

Q

love this type of paneling

Q

Photo

love the large opening into the living space and the openness at the top of the stair. like seeing second floor rail without having a cathedral entry. want 10' entry like rest of the 1st floor.

Q

Photo

herringbone pattern in entry would be great to mix it up.

Q

Photo

flooring option to do a little something different in entry

Q

Photo

love this entry w. B & W stairs straight up, would love to see them have landing and sharp right turn to meet up w. hallway. bottom few stairs a little wider and last stair curved at edge, main stairs wider than standard. this floor color and board 5" width is PERFECT, prefer the opening to the dining room (instead of the formal entry pictured) to be more traditional but really wide, prefer hall to the back of the house to be open, wider.
