Looks a bit funny with just the single pendant. So much so that they positioned the mirror so it looks like 2!

Q

Photo

Another large one but I wouldn’t put it over the middle of the bath

Q

Photo

Single bathtub pendant needs to be large

So bright yet don’t see any lights. Cove lighting. Can we get something like this in living dining and kitchen

Q

Photo

Cove lighting - perfect for our living kitchen & dining with the bulkheads. Think about how we make it work with our fancy corniced

SC: Top covering would need to be taller so you didn’t have to move the bin out every time to open it

J: nice outdoor pendant lights. S: yeah good for maybe front portico but not for alfresco, I think downlights are much more practical

Q

Photo

J: very stylish entry point. Mirror is good for last minute look of yourself before heading out the door S: I like it as well

Q

Photo

S. Built in joinery looks great. J: yep agree

Q

Photo

S. Nice in built joinery, looks really elegant J: nice balustrades. Too much area for displaying stuff?

Q

Q

Photo

J: stairwell lights are practical at night time

Q

Photo

S. great custom joinery bookshelves J: agree and the detailing looks nice. Not too much...

Q

Photo

S. Heaps of bookshelf space J. It's a very nice look

Q

Photo

S. Simple elegant desk leaves room for sofa or other furniture J. Can even put a sliding door to cover up the mess if you really want to. But just thinking given the world can change in the next few years, maybe should be a bit more flexible with things and not have built-ins in the bedrooms.

Q

Photo

S. Windows, cornices, architraves, skirtings J: agree

Q

Photo

S. Double desk for study J. Given the amount of time I spent this week working from home, I think we need to think properly how we should work the study into our lives, the wiring/electricity points etc

Q

Photo

S. Plenty of bookshelf space J. Don't think we need a couch in the study. But do you reckon the kids will use the study quite a bit too??

Q

Photo

S. Wall colour contrasts nicely with the white skirting and cornices. Nice architrave around doors and nice French doors with windows on each side. J. I actually don't like the Wal colour. But nice joinery and doors. Ceiling a little too elaborate... Am just thinking of cobwebs.

Q

Photo

S. Skirtings, cornices, and floorboards colour. J. Yep S: the walls need artwork!!

Q

Photo

S. Linen couch looks very soft J. Don't think will match our decor though. But I know u want space for a couch which is large
