Kitchen comments

This is beautiful to look at but as a retired chef, I would have certain issues. The back splash behind the stove is always better in a solid piece i.e. granite, the best tile sealer in the world is an issue with certain foods and sauces that tend to splatter or spit while cooking. The kitchen sink is always better single bowl for larger sauté pans with handles and cooking pots and trays which will tend to spray out onto the kitchen counter area. I also enjoy my kitchen sink at a window where I can look out at my garden, birds, grandchildren:) The largest counter area should be between the fridge and oven/stove as this is the most convenient spot to set food from the fridge for prepping, then place either in stove pan or oven pan. Food for thought.
