Love this layout. Range is away from the sink, hopefully, dishwasher is too so dishes can get done while someone cooks. The island is perfect and it looks like there's lots of storage. Sink in island isn't necessary. Love the colors and material too.

I like the white cabinets and marble. Also like the darker wood on this island which helps to add a little warmth. The pendant lights are nice too. I'd prefer the sink and dishwasher somewhere else so the dishwasher door doesn't get in the way if someone is cooking while the dishes need to get done.
