Trotter Landscaping
This sure is a stupid photo! Who is going to put an urn in the middle of a tight pathway, but I like the urn!
Bench in middle? Tree urns?
Bench?
Bench?
Urns by bench?
Don’t like this gate, but like the hinges because they are directly on building, would give the widest opening for gates behind garage. Need a catch to keep them open while moving trash can and grill in and out.
Smaller scale, cross cross to coordinate with gate between house and garage, this behind garage for gates.
??? Behind garage
Could this be a possibility between patio and rock wall? With drain under it?
Wall at top of gully
Maybe
Urn style?
Bench?
This bench is ok.
Trying to picture the sidewalk with resting station. Not sure about this. Looking for the right kind of bench and pots.
Would need to be on a much smaller scale. This is too much, but nice look if you have to see the grill.
Trying to come up with grill alternative
Welcome landing wall going down gully. Would need to be a concave curve to fit in a natural setting. I like the plantings at the bottom sides.
Trotter/ ditch in front of rock wall for drainage
Another possible idea for drainage path in front of back patio wall, but with less mortar or more natural colored mortar.
I like the nondescript rock drain at the bottom of this rock wall. Would also love to have a curved rock retaining wall at the top of gully that butts into the driveway.
Thinking a smaller wall like this at top driveway gulley.
I love this entire article. I never know when to prune or trim.
I like these rock columns, but skinnier scale. I like the arched gate between, but would prefer a diamond pattern on bottom of gate to unite diamond pattern that is around front door. Do you think arch should be taller than top of columns or level with them?
This is the diamond look I like for the bottom half of wrought iron gate. A diamond and dot pattern.
Like bottom diamond design, but turned vertically.
Like the arch and crisscrossing, but not the grapes and vines.
Pathway between house and garage. Love the moss between the rocks.
Possibility for path between house and detached garage. Maybe transplant moss from existing side yard between rock. Where would you start this? Beginning of the Y off the main front sidewalk or at the columns with wrought iron gate?
Would this be a good look to put along path between house and garage? I don’t like my prickly shrubs I have now. These may be too short. May need a taller something, but with no stickers.
I like this sidewalk, but with more natural brick color(like what’s on house). I do love white blooming plants.
Bench,but not with grey stain
