Overall like the Sarah Gallop design picture (pic number one). I like the square shape, the wook but hate the fake roof! All and all in the design here are things that I would consider: durability, maintenance, cost of wood, look of wood through the years (would it tremendously change color through the years). Those elements should not be integrated in the design: fake roof, integrated lights. I tend to like clean/simple lines. Not overally complicated or busy.
Like the type of wood. Do you know what it is? Like the idea of integrated bench in the design especially the roof side and the alley side of the deck. Also like the height of the deck (exlcuding the fake roof - can't care about that) and the integrated flower pot. We could add a wood/railing (e.i. on photo number 3) on top of the bench to get regulatory height.
