Similar to the chairs that we want to get but we prefer chairs with arm rests, see other photo. With arm rest, this type of chair is EXTREMELY comfortable.

Backsplash with smaller row of tiles & design over stove. Need 2 designs, one on top of the other, plan ahead for either stove w/o high back (mine) or stove w/ high back (pictured), might get changed over the years, different owners, etc. Selling point when/if sell.
