Across from the sink is a new tub & fixtures. Added 12' tiles, then a border, then 6" tiles in a diamond pattern to the ceiling. The floors are 12 x 24 tiles and heated! Happy feet!

Found a great dresser and mirror for $200 at a resale shop, had my carpenter finish the top with a matte, wax like treatment & adapt all the drawers to accomodate the plumbing; added a cool copper sink and faucet, hung the mirror and added wall sconces, on dimmers, of course
