If we have to buy a bench, this one is cool (smaller version), tho it doesn't remotely belong in the bathroom it's shown in.

Q

OK, this is our configuration, tho we have operable windows. If this were the forever home, I'd opt for high window in the shower like this. It's great.

Q

Photo

This is the size of a studio apartment !!

Q

Photo

Nice. This could be a place to do the tile that looks like wood and combine it with regular tile to look like teak and tile - but without the hassle.

Q

Photo

Something like this is a MUST -- plugging in hairdryer, etc. Either in a drawer or like this. This is good because the space under the sink with plumbing is always a bit wasted.

Q

Photo

Really like the curbless shower idea - and this one is a great design

Q

Photo

diagonal lines are really neat. not sure they are worth the extra labor, but nice look.

Q

Photo

like the floor idea - lift up slats for easy cleaning

Q

Photo

Maybe a round table in front of bay with custom bench that is three sided on back but round on front.

Q

Product

Richelieu Contemporary Metal Curved Hook 65 X 50mm Chrome, Chrome

Q

Paul - you can ignore these misc items. just wanted to flag a few to help me remember what i like and don't like.

Q

Photo

thin tile as field is interesting. contemporary. NOT subway tile. thin and long.

Q

Photo

i am always drawn to this white-washed wood flooring. can't tell if i tile or wood. probably wood since are long strips.

Q

Photo

again, this painted wood looks really good. but paint is done in factory. can wood be repainted later?

Q

Photo

saving this only for the leg on the raised vanity. i like anchoring with legs, even when are false legs.

Q

Photo

example of large wall tiles. don't love or not love them. just an example to keep in mind.

Q

Photo

like the horizontal tile stripe over tub, but requires entire wall of tile.

Q

Photo

No way to use this, but what a great divider idea - storage, separates toilet from main room.

Q

Photo

like the white-washed stained wood.

Q

Photo

a large neutral space is quite nice, actually.

Q

Photo

slightly sunken shower pan - great idea. big space dedicated to shower, though. drying off area is nice.

Q

Photo

guest bath - consider mounting lights in full mirror.

Q

Photo

i still like full mirror. more functional. flagged this to see what the light wood and gray are like, since we are considering a lighter wood. slightly darker wood would look a tiny bit better.

Q

Photo

interesting tile idea with center vertical run of tile. gives verticality to a space. consider in shower. makes mirror too skinny here for good function.

Q

Photo

want dryer rack like this in master

Q

Photo

Note how wall divider between vanity and shower steps down to minimize wall. this is likely what we need to do in guest bath.

Q

Photo

wow, not sure if i like, but total tile everywhere. like book nook.

Q

Photo

like the feel. wood a pretty color. like it with the gray tile. am noticing that the full wall is tiled. perhaps a good look, but certainly adds to cost. like the clean lines of this deck-mounted tub.

Q

Photo

this gray and white theme is really pleasant and VERY popular. like it a lot. but also like wood. perhaps in guest bath not having wood is ok -- using painted wood or other cabinet product. hmmm. seeing quite a bit of full tile / stone on wall behind mirrors.

Q

Photo

don't like look of between mirror cabinet, in spite of comment made on earlier picture. this is too massive for me. do like light fixtures mounted on mirror. lets them go at any height.

Q

Photo

glass shape on shower is great - gives interesting look to entire room. that must be a fixed piece and moving door is on right.

Q

Photo

should discuss this middle divider in mirror. usually don't like, but it is practical - especially if it could function as two-part medicine cabinet - but deeper.

Q

Photo

i've been seeing these waved wall tile designs. some really work and others don't. this is good. would consider for one feature area.

Q

Photo

like rectangular tile but do not like this. think it's the grout that stands out too much.

Q

Photo

colors nice - more gray/white. like the door trim.

Q

Photo

half-door glass is good

Q

Photo

like the color - gray and white

Q

Photo

cam- interesting overhead idea. but only i could reach. like the wood - light colored.

Q

Photo

interesting mirror arrangement. wall of tile behind and mirrors almost raised mount on top. lighting in between.

Q

Photo

i prefer one big mirror but splitting might give us less reflection from when first walk in room or when lying in bed. explore that. from bed can see into mirror which then reflects into current toilet. future toilet will be moved, so that will be solved. but check on what the mirroring is when you first enter bedroom - should not be able to see into deep parts of bathroom.

Q

Photo

perfect for guest bath. master can be similar.

Q

Photo

CAM. Powder. Like candle shelf for entertaining. Out of pet reach.
