Basement wish list:

New heater and air conditioner clean ducts while installing

Install new Engage Metroflor flooring with heated floor underneath
continue new floor up the stairs and look at updating stair case (entry)

Enlarge and Replace door

Enlarge windows including space between sets

Either extend book case below windows to look like it extends to each other
Or fill in space with cut off logs to look like it goes all way back Basement wish list:

If possible update the shelf fronts lip on all book case, replace doors and either mirror or paint back of book case to update

Update fireplace either a: stone or modern plain white plaster look

Replace cabinets, countertop, sink, fridge near bar and add mirrored back and bar front
Front of bar could be either a: live edge Siberian elm table I already have or
New material

Wine cabinet installed where closet is or where cold air return is

In craft room: I think water damage behind one cabinet... maybe fix and add new countertop and new sink?

Bathroom: see if shower is causing damage if so replace shower if not then
Replace glass and fixtures. Move sink. Would like to see about removing closets and wall between bedroom and replacing glass door with blinds in it in order to make the area a work out room with a wall storage closet to hold a stationary bike, weights, yoga mats and possibly a climbing wall in back of closet. Also, have pull. up bar like in girls room... not sure if I should do a Murphy bed in bed area or just leave very nice guest room as we could put away work out things

If we are able to put a swim spa at side of house could we add a door... just a thought.

C: bar height table and bar stools? Or use siberian elm table as a movable bar?
