Wall detail is nice, adds elegance

Q

Photo

Commenting on the walls being interesting and not plain white walls.

Q

Commenting ONLY on the skylight: I like that is has no black/metal, and it's an interesting shape and angle.

cool.

Q

i find this room cozy. i like the detail and the shapes of the doors.

Q

I like the outer curvature of the back window by the dining table, and the window itself, while I like it, could also be nice with only the top two rows of lattice, and the rest being glass. I also like the ceiling, and floors. The room feels airy, light and happy. Am NOT talking about the arched window, which I don't care for.

Q

Photo

While I don't like the actual ceiling here, I really like the idea of a recession in the ceiling and some design within it.

Q

Photo

This room has a happy feel to it. It isn't boxy, it has architectural variation and feels warm to me.

Q

I textures. I don't like these cabinets, but the idea of wall texture is cool and would bring spice to some rooms.

House to garden relationship works well

Q

Photo

I like this style of windows, although a version with fewer central columns could also work.

Q

Photo

I like the architecture of this room. Not commenting on furniture/interior design, only on the fact that the room lacks straight blank walls adjoing each other and instead has variations and character.

Q

Photo

Might be cool to have part of the garden have some non-grass part (for seating area/lounge area) and then have grassy area for running around, rather than just plain grass throughout.

Q

Photo

I like the way the windows are big and painting like, but still framed to bring in some architecture into the overall look. You get a nice balance between enjoying the the view and enjoying the building. I also like how the ceiling fits into the designs, and the gap between the ceiling and the top of the window. I much prefer that to pure floor to ceiling windows with no architectural elements.

Q

Photo

I like that that while it's a full "painting-like" window, it has character below with the 3-box wood trim, as well as a nice warm frame. I prefer the wood frame over metal ones as metal ones give me a warehouse or loft feeling which i find less cozy.
