Get matching counter slabs
More economic than slap and with extra thin (hair joint) grout line in muted bluish grey you obtain same effect. To use with pale grey, blond or buttermilk island. For sink counter and other horizontal surfaces use more solid grey or greige slabs. Lavastone would be great but extra expensive ....

Would have matching top units, pearl grey subway tiles, metallic mosaic stove backsplash, greyish island top in quartz or granite, darker wooden floor maybe in a camaïeux and stst appliances. Perfect ! I love lavastone counters ( like the one pictured) but they are impossibly expensive.
nice colorscheme, goes with maple, walnut, white, black, espresso or grey cabinets. to use on island and as stove backsplash. For peripheral countertops use black galaxy or similar. Also called chocolate ice.

just love the upper cabinetry units going up all the way to the ceiling by being finished with crown molding. Medium honey wood and black. ... Very chic ! My favorite look even before buttermilk white !
Great except for the gap between ceiling and cabinets
Not the lantern above the sink. Loose the deco on the vent hood and simplify the stove backsplash, too busy and not easy to clean. I would prefer a big slab of the countertop granit instead.
