Thick "marble-looking" quartz or ceasar island counter tops or just the island? Wraparound seating on the island for 5-6 people, low barstool height. Would like explore varying the cabinet/counter top between current kitchen--(possibly paint current kitchen cabinets?) and island between a walnut color and white/light gray to make it more light. Windows, windows, windows! above the cabinets to bring more light in (yet private from neighbor); potentially new pantry/cabinet to match. New light fixtures. Make it all blend or coordinate well with the dining area. And light fixtures to go with entry, study, dining & kitchen.
