Ok this, but instead of those silver clips, we either stay all black or add our own more ornate Spanish clips. I think this would tie in nicely with the windows that are original to the house that I am keeping upstairs. You probably don't remember them but I will show you

i like this but i would like to do bullnose edge intsead of framing. if that breaks the bank and for whatever reason i need to do a surrounding frame then i like this framing. i want black windows and dark wood sills

really great look but i think the wood takes up too much space distracting from view? i love how substantial it looks but my window space isn't this large so that much wood would just minimize view
