I want the master bath to be open and airy and have a spa-like vibe.

The lake-facing tub alcove will be the focal point of the bathroom. I want it to be considerably wider than an oversized tub. This looks about right to me, maybe about 8-9'? To be able to see the lake while in the tub, the windows need to come down close to the tub deck like this or even lower.

Good width alcove, nice low windows. Don't like the dividers in the windows.

Nice width, nice low windows

I think I'd like to do windows on both sides of the tub as shown here, even though that would introduce more privacy challenges. It seems like window treatments could take care of that.

Another nice one

Possible design for vanity next to shower.
