The smaller (more traditional) tile over larger format (rock mimicking) tile is an interesting new trend. I think it has interesting levels of scale (and could be practical from a grout perspective). Also seems like it will age in a weird way (as a trend)

Mounting the lights on the mirror is interesting. I liked the high tile detail. And the choice of tile here is interesting (when it's not necessarily needed). The low bench cabinet is a nice touch (but would be annoying to stock)
