Another view - we are not proposing the wine refrigerator and if bar is not in middle of the room like this, I would still curve as you originally proposed but maybe the refrigerator and sink could then go on the wall adjacent to utility - maybe even set in and have the hallway end just after utility door. ????

like how the color from the middle of entertainment wall is carried over on back wall. Thinking fireplace over here would be too much to move from where currently roughed in??

Like everything about this set up - hall, between bathroom and living area, large opening framed at foot of staris, ceilings, floor, lighting, color, etc... (hard floor would probably have to be heated and not sure wood vs tile - thinking tile more durable and would enclose stair clase for sound). Not sure if bar can be in middle due to plumbing?
