organized books

I measured it again-exact size is 10 feet long & 7 feet 11 inches feet tall. (We have 9 foot ceilings) The man that made this for me also made a piece of matching wood that I can put across the top,-to appear as one big book shelf. Also made a single thin strip to cover the center seam. This way it can be used as 2 separate ones or this giant one. It would not fit through the door if it was in one big piece. Another one of my "more practical ideas," LOL. I think he did an awesome job. The total price was wonderful! What do you think?

Long top piece is not on , so you can see the seam across wide top molding. This is how it can be used as 2 book cases or one large case.

The extra long top section I can put on it to make it appear to be 1 solid case.

See the middle seam? See the pic below- it has the strip of wood covering this seam.
