I have a counter in my pantry and love it for many things..my KA stand mixer is in there, so are the small appliances like the air-fryer. I also have a bulletin board and display kids photos and other memories. I keep all of my cookbooks here too. I have floor to ceiling shelves on right side and an L shaped counter around the back and left side. Could you do something like this on the blank wall?
