Apartment 309 in Florida needs a remake. Focus on bathroom and porch first. Then focus on kitchen remodel/living area. Open the living area with use of “Murphy“ or roll out beds.
Looks like the same spacing we have 309. Obviously, furniture and color changes.

Simple! I like use of the use for the “towel shelf.“ I am thinking that a shower with a comfortable sitting area is preferable to a shower/tub. The tub seems to require more cleaning than having a shower floor.

This angled shower quick work in reverse in 309. The angle allows for a seating area. Also, the angular opening may allow for a triangular linen closet. This would use part of the wall on the right behind the window.

This could work if you flipped the tub/shower to the right side.

I like having mirrors at right angles in a corner because it gives you a better perspective when you are getting ready to go out. This is especially true for hair styling.

This has been “angled“ shower but I do not know how we could configure it for 309 bathroom because of toilet/sink location.

This design looks practical size-wise. Notice the step in shower with the elevated “floor-ledge.“

Interesting. Just flip the sink to the other side. Shower stall may be more accommodating than we think because you can add the area where is the toilet currently resides in 309. Problem is changing the plumbing for the toilet.

I am starting to like the shower/tub combination done this tastefully except for the brown background in the shower.

Not crazy about the colors but I like the large mirror earth and its use of space in the small bathroom.

I do not like the colors but I do like the seating area in the shower. Good for old people.
