I like this look for the dining room. The bench is perfect for below the window and I like the addition of a blanket and pillow. The plants add nice color and the cart to the corner is a great size. I like the table, but I don't like the white chair

I love wrought iron leaning bookshelves, but I don't want it to look too heavy. Something like this for the wall in the dining room (or the nook) would look cool as a feature and provide storage

I like everything about this look, especially the cowhide rug, distressed narrow rectangle table and the shelving available off to the side (although i'll need more shelving) Perhaps a floor lamp that resembles the gold light fixture?
