TOO BIG - THINKING WE WANT TO GO WITH A 20-30 FT TREE Elm planted 8-10 years ago, 30 feet from the front of the house. I believe these are the 'Princeton' cultivar of the American Elm. That is the cultivar planted in front of the white house. it should grow 50-70' tall. it is fast growing, vase-shaped crown, 40-50' spread.
