I like this patio area for sure, the outside deck is smaller than I'd imagine, but they have the same purpose / versatility in their patio space. Has windows that open 3/4 up or down.

Conceptually, patio (bbq + full sun) + screened porch (outside sounds, smells without bugs for the evening enjoyment) is what I like.

Interesting windows, they have four panels that slide up or down, revealing a screen for 3/4 of the space. This is a mosquito free area to enjoy in the summer.
