Sorry. I know Bono awaits ... but more random thoughts I like flat panel fronts but many photos I see with them make everything very stark. If I go with all flat, I fell like I'll need to add "texture" by incorporating different colours and materials. This is more of a concern than a requirement.

Random thoughts ... (yes, I picked this Amsted project on purpose) Wood base cabinets but MDF / thermafoil on top? Base cabinet take more of a beating ... Mix of flat panel and shaker-ish doors. Top flat / bottom shaker? Chrome / nickel hardware. Long style pulls. The more I look, the more I think I am looking for a darker floor. What about a stainless apron sink? Double

This looks like its lose to my layout but is just missing the wall at he end of the island

Countertop. Like veining

Q

Clever use of small space. Table tucks into peninsula. Storage cupboard next to bench serves as sideboard.

Totally cool architectural/ engineering feature like this cantilevered island table

The detail that makes it look like the island table is laid on top of an elongated table.

If we had to build around a support this is interesting. It’s too shallow to be really helpful but with electrical it can be a charging station. See next image

Q

Photo

Like the feel. Colour contrast. Mix of styles I quite like this. I like the random size to the tiling. The dark vs light. But wood floor makes it warm.

Q

Photo

White and wood. Not convinced yet I can sit on tall stools most of the time

Q

Photo

Again if I could do anything this would be fun. And practical

Q

Photo

Have I saved this already

Q

Photo

Feel. If I could do anything I might like the idea of large table and benches

Q

Photo

White but warm. But also finishes that are very now. Will they last. Also why every white kitchen need stainless appliances

Q

Photo

Tones? Warmth? Wood?

Q

Photo

Feel. Colour. Simple. Easy to maintain. Long pulls on drawers. White but a bit of warmth with grey and wood

Q

Photo

Worried “It” finishes and colours become tired more quickly than neutral / classic ones

Q

Photo

I keep coming back to this one. But sure why

Q

Photo

Modern yet warm

Q

Layout with table and island Warm

Layout. Clarity on how island + table + living could work
