A color inside would be lovely, also a natural wood tone is nice, depends on your design style. Blue or blue/grey is a nice idea.

In the application that you are speaking of, I think I would go lighter. Either all cream white or a very pale shade of baby blue on the v-groove. Pale baby blue is beautiful and soothing in a bedroom. "Cumulus" by Pratt and Lambert is a lovely shade.

Thank you for these thoughts. Yes, I like the idea of a soft/blue grey. I will check out the PL color Cumulus. The wood tone idea is also wonderful, but may have to wait for the house on the lake....someday!
