Is the floor giving and would you recommend for an older couple?

love this floor. could you please till me what the exact type of concrete you used. was it just normal concrete with no additives or no grinding and then a high gloss polish over top. if not would you please be so kind and shear the recipe or the exact name of the concrete before the high gloss polish. thanks we are form New Zealand and are currently building a house, we would love our floors to turn out the same as these.
