For your office , you can go for the right side second entry from the main entrance of your house. This way you can make a full glass, sound proof, no disturbance and a comfortable in house office . you can have one more entry from inside for the easy accessibility for the personal use. In your dining area,there's a door leading to the balcony. Make it a 3 track glass door for the good daylight and a natural view from your hall also. In the kitchen, make your washing area of the size 10'8"x 4' . This way you get two perfect rectangle for a perfect planning for the kitchen as well as the washing area for utensils and washing machine.

It's 2 floor and 1 attic area of 1 floor is around 1900sqft 2nd 800sqft attic area of 800sqft We want 4 bedroom ..4 washroom ,1 huge living room,open kitchen ,temple room ,walk in closet ,laundry room etc .. please suggest the best layout

Hello Mr. S SR, you must take care before planning your kitchen, 1) Do you want it to be Vastu compliant, 2) Your cooking pattern, 3) Cabinetry details ( as per your storage requirements), 4) Size of refrigerator, sink size and type requirement, 5) Cylinder or LPG connection ( planning as per the provision), 6) Is washing area in the kitchen or you have a separate area? 7) Only microwave or OTG also? *) Drinking water facility, if geyser is required in the kitchen.
