you can check with gray and glass cabinets with a recessed light on it. It gives the dazzling look to the workstation. Try to keep the upper cabinets have glass doors. and keep it plain grey wooden or ply in the downwards. install the recessed lighting in an uniform sections below the upper cabinet section to make it bright. Try to put up a pelmets and valances styled dark colured curtain if there is any window. as its a grey and white finish so try to choose the curtain that is quite matching maybe a light grey can go better ....
