First you need to get a bigger T.V and some surround sound equipment , a cabinet to house all the wires parts etc., blackout blinds for the windows and some comfy seating for at least as many people as you have living there. This will never be an actual home theatre as you can not close it completely but it can be quite good with some imagination.

On another note, why have you put lighting scheme in corners only? And what about the blue chandelier? Please mention the wattage and lumens of recessed lights. Neeti, Damask wallpapers are very tricky to work with. Although they look good from a distance but they take away all the look just because of sheer size of them. Hi Shubha,  It seems like you have a lot to display on the wall. Firstly, you may need to correct the height of the TV on the wall(it should be lower ergonomically feasible for viewing)  You can combine wall storage units with some open display.
