Dear Mr. Yadavendra, Just mentioning the plot size is not good enough and appreciable. You should mention as many information including your requirements. Designing is a subjective thing and not a fixed prototype that is available ready made. You better explain what exactly you are looking for and only then professional will be able to help you out.
