How would your floor plan impact your decision to go for modular kitchen or semi modular? The difference is just in the process of manufacturing and not so much in the end result.

You can compare them based on cost, convenience, transparency, control required.

I guess your floor is ideal suited for L shape or a u shape kitchen only and you may want to extend it a bit by using the area behind the kitchen entrance wall.
