Hello,
I'm thinking of hiring an architect to build a small/med size home (total plot area 2000 sq.ft) in a small town.
What I can I expect from an architect? A detailed list of services, included and excluded, will be helpful.
How much do they normally charge (let's say, someone with a few years of experience). Based on the total budget or sq.ft?
Can I expect them to regularly supervise the work and ensure that the house is built according to the plan?
Will I still need a civil engineer? If yes, what's their function?
Thanks,
